What we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, organization and your message — used only to respond to you
  • Privacy-first analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): aggregate page views without cookies or cross-site tracking
  • Conversion events: anonymous counters (e.g. "demo clicked") without IP addresses or free-text input

What we do not do

  • No advertising trackers
  • No sale or sharing of personal data
  • No storage of full IP addresses in analytics
  • No profiling of individual visitors

Retention and deletion

Contact records are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by writing to sys@rur1.com.

RRviewer X, as an independent application, has its own account and data handling described inside the product.
